Construction & Working : Assembling Plant is required to assemble the battery; the process begins with dropping of cells in battery casings, testing the battery�s cells connectivity & then doing inter cell connectivity with inter cell welding machine, then checking its interconnectivity by short circuit testing machine, then checking its inner strength by putting a strength of a set force by Stress Testing machine. After that the battery container is sealed by heat sealing process on Heat Sealing Machine after that the poles are made manually & then the sealing is tested by Air Leakage Testing Machine. After this process, the battery is sent to packaging by putting its serial number on its casings.
